Terms of Service

The following Terms of Service govern the relationship between you (the "Customer") and [store name] ("We") in relation to orders placed under the cash on delivery model.

The term "cash on delivery" refers to the business model where the Customer makes payment for the product or service at the time of receipt.

 

The Customer must be present and available at the provided address to receive the product and make the corresponding payment. In case of unavailability after certain delivery attempts, additional charges may be incurred or the order may be canceled.

 

We only accept cash. It is the Customer's responsibility to have the exact amount for payment.

 

If the Customer does not make the payment or does not have the exact amount, the product will be returned, and an additional charge will be incurred for shipping and handling costs.

 

Once payment has been made and the product received, the Customer may request a return within 7 days, provided the product is in the same condition as delivered. Shipping costs for the return will be borne by the Customer.

 

We are not responsible for the non-delivery of the product due to problems with the courier service or the Customer's unavailability, except in cases of proven negligence on our part.

If the Customer wishes to modify their order after it has been placed but before it has been dispatched, they must contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been dispatched, it will not be possible to make changes to it. Additional charges may be incurred if there are substantial changes to the order before dispatch.

 

The average delivery time is 2 to 7 working days, depending on the city from which you place your order. We are not responsible for the non-delivery of the product due to problems with the courier service or the Customer's unavailability, except in cases of proven negligence on our part.

 

The courier making the delivery will clearly identify themselves as an associate of our store. We recommend that our customers, for security reasons, only receive products if the courier is properly identified.
